According to the different structural forms of stamped bearing seats, they can be divided into the following types:

不锈钢轴承座

1、 Shaft sleeve

1) The inner diameter of the shaft sleeve is higher than the required maximum value, that is, the shaft diameter plus the large allowable clearance of the bearing;

2) When the outer diameter of the shaft sleeve is smaller than the minimum required size and the use of knurling cannot improve the quality requirements;

3) When the shaft sleeve is burned or stuck.

2、 Split bearing

1) When the alloy of the rotary bearing is severely worn and its thickness is reduced by more than half;

2) When the alloy layer of the bearing peels off and cracks severely, with an area of more than one-third;

3) The alloy layer of the bearing is severely eroded;

4) When the contact angle between the bearing alloy and the shaft is greater than 120o, the contact angle cannot be adjusted by scraping the flat surface of the bearing or when the side clearance is too large to be adjusted.

3、 Thin-walled tile

1) Burning and melting of the bearing alloy layer;

2) When the wear of the bearing alloy layer is severe, resulting in bite marks and cannot be tightened using the padding method;

3) When the bearing alloy layer peels off or cracks;

4) The wear of the bearing alloy layer is not too severe, but it cannot guarantee an extended maintenance period;

5) When the alloy layer of the bearing is worn, it is necessary to use the gasket method to tighten the bearing, but the gasket thickness is higher than 0.5mm.

4、 Thrust bearing

1) When the thrust pad is severely worn and its thickness is reduced by more than half;

2) When the thrust pad is melted;

3) Thrust pad peeling and cracking.
