Changzhou mechanical processing refers to the process of changing the external dimensions or performance of workpieces through a mechanical device. According to the differences in processing methods, it can be divided into cutting machining and pressure machining.
Design of Process Regulations for Changzhou Mechanical Processing:
Design reference: The reference used on a part drawing to determine the positions of other points, lines, and surfaces is called a design reference.
Process benchmark: The benchmark used in the machining and assembly process of a part is called the process benchmark. Process standards are divided into assembly standards, measurement standards, and positioning standards according to their different uses.
(1) Assembly reference: The reference used during assembly to determine the position of a part in a component or product is called an assembly reference.
(2) Measurement benchmark: A benchmark used to verify the size and position of the machined surface, known as a measurement benchmark.
(3) Positioning reference: The reference used for workpiece positioning during machining, known as the positioning reference. The surface (or line, point) that serves as the positioning reference can only be selected as the unprocessed rough surface in each process. This type of positioning surface is called the rough reference. In subsequent processes, the processed surface can be used as the positioning reference, and this type of positioning surface is called the precision reference.
